Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM)

CALM provide a mental health helpline available 5pm to 12am 365 days a year on 0800 58 58 58 (National) or 0808 802 5858 (London). They also have a livechat available during the same hours.



Free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone who is struggling to cope.
