On their website, the mental health charity MIND describes a mental health crisis as “when you feel that you are at breaking point, and you need urgent help.” The local services below are available to support you when you’re experiencing emotional distress and need some advice, guidance or a listening ear. Surrey Safe Havens

The Surrey Safe Havens offer a safe and friendly space for adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis. They are open 365 days a year out of hours and can be in person and online. There are five Safe Havens across Surrey: Redhill, Epsom, Guildford, Woking and Aldershot. Safe Haven for Young People

The CYP Haven is a safe space for children and young people aged 10-18 where you can talk about worries and mental health in a confidential, friendly and supportive environment. They are based in Epsom and Guildford opening on varying afternoons and evenings.
