ABOUT THIS SESSION
Learn how to create your own wellbeing plan in this one-off evening workshop.
Learn practical tips from 30 secs to 30 minutes to help you to manage your anxiety or when you feel scared, panicky or unable to cope.
WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS
Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.
HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN
We use the video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.

HOW TO JOIN
You will be asked to complete a registration form and have an introductory call with the session provider. Please find an online application form here: Richmond Fellowship Booking Form.

After completing the booking & registration form you will receive an introductory welcome call from the session provider.
It’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day, but we often have regular sessions weekly. We’re normally able to respond within 24/48 hours of you contacting us.
