The Building Resilience Toolkit
10, 17 & 24 January 2023
ABOUT THIS SESSION
Taking steps to look after your wellbeing can help you deal with pressure, and reduce the impact that stress has on your life. This is sometimes called developing emotional resilience – the ability to cope and bounce back when facing challenging times.
In this three-part workshop we’ll work to develop your wellbeing and emotional resilience by building your emotional toolkit for effectively managing and dealing with the more challenging times we experience in our lives.
WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS
Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.
HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN
We use the video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
