ABOUT THIS SESSION
Our weekly peer support group is where we come together to provide emotional comfort, moral support, advice and tips through shared and lived experiences.
We will work to develop our emotional tool kit together in a supportive peer led environment, facilitated by our support group leader, helping us to build the skills we need to improve our mental wellbeing together.
WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS
Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.
The peer support group is suitable for people registered with Richmond Fellowship who have attended one of our wellbeing workshops or courses as part of their recovery journey
HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN
We use a video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
