Nature and Nurture
23 October 2023
ABOUT THIS SESSION
Spending time in green space or bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing. In this workshop we will look at how doing things like growing foods or flowers, exercising outdoors or being around animals can have many positive effects on us. We will also be planting indoor bulbs for you to take away and nurture in the coming weeks.
Compost and bulbs provided
Please bring with you
Small, shallow-type bowls without drainage holes (waterproof) to plant the bulbs provided in,
that will fit on a windowsill or small table such as jugs or cups, (see photo for inspiration)
