Managing Stress and Anxiety
Mondays over 4 weeks
April 25, May 09, 16 & 23 (no session 02 May)
11.00am to 1.00pm
This course is planned to be run face-to-face in the spacious meeting rooms at Redhill Methodist Church in Redhill. However, depending on any changes to Covid restrictions, if we are unable to hold it face-to face then it will be run on Zoom.
ABOUT THIS SESSION
Explore how the effects of stress and anxiety affects our physical and emotional health.
Determine how a change in mind-set and behaviours may result in developing coping strategies and new techniques to increase feelings of relaxation.
HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN
Face-to-face with our experienced facilitator in Redhill with complimentary refreshments.
WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS
Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.
HOW TO JOIN
If you are currently registered with Richmond Fellowship, all you need to do is speak to your Community Links Advisor or email RedhillCC@richmondfellowship.org.uk and to let us know which course or workshop you would like to attend. If you are new to Richmond Fellowship, you will be asked to complete a registration form and have an introductory call with one of the team.
