This course is planned to be run face-to-face in the spacious meeting rooms at Redhill Methodist Church in Redhill. However, depending on any changes to Covid restrictions, if we are unable to hold it face-to face then it will be run on Zoom.
ABOUT THIS SESSION
Explore how people respond to stressful situations and recognise an individual’s personal response. Acknowledging that people have a choice in how they respond to given situations, we will explore ways of managing stress and anger in a positive way. By responding in an assertive rather than aggressive manner, you will learn how to express your emotions in a healthy way.

Face-to-face with our experienced facilitator in Redhill with complimentary refreshments.
WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS
Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.
HOW TO JOIN
If you are currently registered with Richmond Fellowship, all you need to do is speak to your Community Links Advisor or email RedhillCC@richmondfellowship.org.uk and to let us know which course or workshop you would like to attend. If you are new to Richmond Fellowship, you will be asked to complete a registration form and have an introductory call with one of the team. After completing the booking & registration form you will receive an introductory welcome call from one of our team.
