There are three Community Connections providers in surrey, who each provide support, advice and activities for those needing help with their mental health and wellbeing.

NHS Surrey Heartlands CCG and Surrey County Council fund and commission mental health services in Surrey – this is how Community Connections Surrey was created.

Helping people in Surrey live better and healthier lives. Surrey Heartlands Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is a GP-led organisation, responsible for planning and buying health services for the local population out of a budget of around £1.5 billion.

There are three Community Connections providers in Surrey, who each provide support, advice and activities for those needing help with their mental health and wellbeing.

Richmond Fellowship offers one-to-one support for anyone covered by East Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group (Redhill, Reigate, Horley, Smallfield, Salfords, Tandridge). Our courses and events are open to anyone who is a resident of Surrey.

Our Community Connections partners cover the following areas:

Mary Frances Trust:  Surrey Downs CCG
Mole Valley, Banstead, Epsom & Ewell, East Elmbridge.

Catalyst: Guildford & Waverley CCG and North West Surrey CCG
Guildford, Waverley, Woking, Spelthorne, Surrey Heath, Runnymede, West Elmbridge.
