ABOUT THIS SESSION
Step into The Huddle… and build your social network.
Our group gives young people a relaxed space to socialise and share their experiences with like-minded peers. Our aim is to provide a consistent and supportive space for those struggling with their mental health.
We start the session with a catch up between the members, touching upon discussion and support around different wellbeing and mental health topics, then move on to focus on reflection, talk about self-help activities, or we do a creative or social activity. The activities are always led by the needs and interests of the group.
Free refreshments are offered, so grab a cup and come for a chat.
WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS
Anyone who lives in Surrey and is aged between 16-25.
HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN
Face-to-face with our experienced facilitators in a location central to Redhill with complimentary refreshments.
