Free Badminton & Table Tennis for Mental Wellbeing run by Sport in Mind

This drop in session is facilitated by Sport in Mind and run by coach, Sam & Tom

WHERE

This session takes place at the ISF Sports Hall at YMCA East East Surrey, Princes Road, Redhill, RH1 6JJ. You can find the venue using what3words – ///paths.basic.usage. The venue also has free parking.

ABOUT THIS SESSION

A fun, casual drop-in Table Tennis & Badminton session for people experiencing mental health problems facilitated by Sport in Mind, with all abilities welcome!

 

 

HOW TO JOIN

There is no need to book on to the session as this is a casual drop-in session open to all. Six Steps to Wellbeing

ABOUT THIS SESSION

This popular fun one-off evening workshop will take you through these six easy steps to increasing your wellbeing.

Emotional and mental wellbeing are combined and these are improved by using the Wheel of Wellbeing

More and more research is showing us how certain things we do can improve our moods, reduce the risk of depression, strengthen relationships, keep us healthy to lead longer lives by following the six steps of the Wheel of Wellbeing

If you are interested in improving your health and happiness the Wheel of Wellbeing is a ‘do-it-yourself’ guide with practical things you can do to enhance your personal wellbeing!

Running on selected dates (day and evening) from October to January.

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

Watercolour Wellbeing Walk

ABOUT THIS SESSION

A twice monthly walking group meeting at our very own Wingfield Centre, then venturing out on a guided group walk around the beautiful Watercolour Lakes. led by two walk leaders.

The Watercolour Walk is a perfect opportunity to balance keeping our minds and bodies healthy, all whilst we enjoy the great outdoors with some excellent company.

Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.

HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

The walking group meet outside the Wingfield Centre at 13:00 and depart together for there.
