ABOUT THIS SESSION
During this five week programme we will together seek out to deepen our understanding of what emotional intelligence is and how we can utilise our knowledge and awareness in this area to enhance our personal wellbeing and interaction with others.
Areas we will look at are as follow:
- Awareness of personal strengths and limitations
- Identification of values, needs and feelings and how they impact us and others
- The ability to let go of mistakes
- The ability to accept and embrace change
- Compassionate communication with ourselves and others
- The ability to manage emotions in difficult situations
Kindly note participants are strongly encouraged to attend all workshops and commit to undertaking self-reflective activities between sessions.
WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS
Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 18.
HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN

If you are currently registered with Richmond Fellowship, all you need to do is speak to your Community Links Advisor or email RedhillCC@richmondfellowship.org.uk and to let us know which course or workshop you would like to attend. If you are new to Richmond Fellowship, you will be asked to complete a registration form and have an introductory call with one of the team. After completing the booking & registration form you will receive an introductory welcome call from one of our team.
It’s not always possible to join a session happening the same day, but we often have regular sessions weekly. We’re normally able to respond within 24/48 hours of you contacting us.
